City of Nortelina

Nortelina is a city that is always covered in snow. It has a couple of Seattle Landmarks, namely, the Space Needle and the Smith Tower. It also has the Chicago Aquarium. This is one of my favorite cities yet as it has a very dense urban feel to it. I supplied screenshots that show the layout I used which encouraged efficient land use. (read: fewer filler tiles)
